Changes to ROPE1401V08 to make ROPE1401V09
1. Modified Assembler.java "./autocoder.exe" to "autocoder.exe" 
2. Modified AssemblerOptions.java "./autocoder.exe" to "autocoder.exe" 
    These changes allow the autocoder code to run from the path instead of the local directory.
3. Modified Simulator.java "./!1401r.exe" to "!1401r.exe" 
    This change allow the the 1401 simulator code to run from the path instead of the local directory.
