This document identifies the changes made to this code.

01-07-2008

1. Added a 'release' when the user exits from the punching
2. Added a calculation of time for release (end of card to
   when the next card is ready. 
3. Reduced the time per punch to 100 ms to speed things up.
4. Modified the date on the startup line.
5. Changed the intermediate file to C:\don.tmp
6. Added the ability to skip cards so =you don't have to 
   punch all the deck
